Productions for streaming: new standards in legal advisory
This lecture will address, with the presence of industry lawyers, the challenges and new legal requirements that have emerged with the growth of audiovisual productions for streaming platforms. Topics such as copyright, co-production contracts, licensing, as well as issues related to privacy and data usage will be discussed. In addition, the role of legal advisory in adapting to the new landscape will be examined, providing insights into new standards and best practices to ensure legal security.
