In this lecture with  Ilda Santiago (Rio de Janeiro Int'l Film Festival), Michael Stutz (Programmer, Berlin International Film Festival), Susan Wrubel (Aspen Film Festival), Daniel van Hoogstraten (Producer, Syndrome Films), moderated by Joséphine Bourgois (Paradiso Project), the relationship between Brazilian cinema and major international festivals will be discussed, along with an analysis of the current landscape and the challenges faced by national productions. The opportunities for visibility, distribution, and recognition that these events provide will also be explored, as well as how they strengthen Brazil's presence in the global market.
