Debora is a producer and partner at Gullane Entretenimento, which has been operating in the audiovisual market for over 25 years. She was director of ANCINE between 2015 and 2019, and is a member of the Superior Cinema Council, a collegiate body of the Ministry of Culture. She is executive director of SIAESP – Audiovisual Industry Union of the State of SP, president of the Board of Instituto Querô, dedicated to young people from peripheral regions around the Port of Santos, and founder of +Mulheres Lideranças do Audiovisual Brasileiro.
